The Big 12 announced the league schedule matrix for the 2026-27 women’s basketball season on Thursday.

Houston will face the Big 12’s two-time defending regular-season champion, TCU Horned Frogs, in a home-and-away series, while also taking on UCF and Cincinnati at home and on the road.

The Cougars secured their lone conference win during the 2025-26 season against the Bearcats.

Houston will host Arizona, Arizona State, Baylor, Kansas, Oklahoma State and West Virginia inside Fertitta Center.

UH will travel to BYU, Colorado, Iowa State, Kansas State, Texas Tech and Utah.

Dates and tipoff times for the conference schedule will be announced later as the Cougars prepare for their second season under coach Matthew Mitchell with a roster featuring six transfers and four incoming freshmen.
