Houston men’s basketball graduate forward Kalifa Sakho left the Cougars’ game against Jackson State early in the second half with an apparent left knee injury.

At the 17:31 mark, freshman guard Isiah Harwell collided with Sakho under the basket, and he went to the floor.

He was attended to by the team doctor before being helped to the locker room by two staff members.

The Sam Houston transfer, who often comes off the bench, averages 12 minutes, 1.8 points and 3.1 rebounds per game. Sakho underwent back surgery this offseason.
